Courtney Chumbley, MSN, FNP-BC, CVNP-BC

Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Univeristy of Miami in 2002. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a second certification as a Cardiovasuclar Nure Practitioner. Courtney is a member of Sigma Theta Tau international Honor Society, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Southern Gulf Coast Nurse Practitioner Council.
