CATHERINE LAW, MD

SPECIALTIES: GENERAL CARDIOLOGY, NUCLEAR CARDIOLOGY

A native to Toronto, Canada, Dr. Catherine Law graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. She was awarded her medical degree at Wright State School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. Seeking warmer weather she completed both her Internal Medicine residency (2011) and Cardiovascular fellowship (2014) at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She has been a practicing cardiologist in Florida since 2014.

Dr. Law is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Society of Echocardiography. She has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2011 and the American Board of Echocardiography since 2014.

Her interests include baking, crafting and above all spending time with her little girls. Dr. Law’s cardiology interests include preventative medicine, women’s health, heart failure, valvular disease, and both echocardiographic and nuclear imaging. Dr. Law is a big proponent in teaching her patients, believing that educating her patients empowers them to live healthier lives.
